What happens if I'm out when my parcel arrives?
There’s nothing to worry about. If you’re not home, the lovely delivery folk will leave a note telling you where to find it.
Do your shipments tend to arrive on time?
We do EVERYTHING at our end to meet your expectations, but occasionally parcels are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
Can I request a gift message?
All our orders (excluding those placed during sale periods) are gift-wrapped in tissue paper regardless of whether they’re a gift (because you deserve special treatment too, no?). If you want a special message popped into the package as well, our lovely customer services team will do everything they can to help.
What happens if my order comes in two shipments?
Sometimes we’ll send out items in separate deliveries, but you’ll never pay more than one shipping charge.
How do I return or exchange something?

Do I have to pay Duties & Taxes?
The short answer is 'no', not on delivery. We now ship to the USA with import duties included, so there's nothing extra to pay at customs and no surprise bill from the carrier. The only other cost is US sales tax. Rates vary from state to state, so we work it out from your delivery address and add it at checkout. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
