WHAT'S YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Of course we want you to LOVE your item, but returns are inevitable and it’s totally fine to change your mind. Our returns window is 14 days from the day you receive your item, but we accept returns for up to 28 days if you notify us (by email or phone) of your intention to return the item within that initial 14 days. So long as items are in a resalable condition, with all tags still attached your return will be processed. The only exceptions are underwear and earrings – for obvious icky hygiene reasons.

 

WHAT’S YOUR CHRISTMAS GIFT RETURNS POLICY?

Over the Christmas period our returns window has been extended. Items purchased in December can be returned until 16th January. Please note however, that gift recipients can return item(s) for an exchange only. Any refunds given on gift products will be made to the original purchaser’s card.

 

WHAT IF I’VE BOUGHT AN ITEM IN SALE?

You have 14 days to return your item(s), from the day you received it. Tags must be attached and the item(s) must be in a resalable condition. Returns are not accepted on underwear and earrings.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS PART OF A MULTI-BUY OFFER?

Where a discount has been applied for a multiple purchase (e.g. buy two and get 25% off), the discount will no longer apply if you return part of that multiple purchase. In these instances, our team will give you a call and arrange for the outstanding balance to be paid onto your card.

HOW LONG WILL MY RETURN TAKE TO PROCESS?

Our lovely warehouse team aims to process all returns within 5-7 working days, although at very busy times (like Christmas or a sale period) there are occasional delays. Once we’ve done our bit, your card issuer requires 3-5 working days to pop the funds back into your account. Typically the whole process is a little faster.

 

WHAT IF I’VE GONE ON HOLIDAY AND MISSED THE RETURNS PERIOD?

Unfortunately (due to boring, but important stock control issues) we’re strict with our deadlines. So we can’t accept returns outside of the periods stated above.

 

THE COLLECT+ SERVICE

Collect+ is a convenient, tracked returns method used by many major retailers across the UK. You can return your parcels through a network of over 5,250 local convenience stores with a 3- 5 working day returns service (1 day in-store).

Please note, Isabella Oliver will charge you £2.99 on receipt of the parcel and parcels are only accepted within airline cabin baggage size guidelines 50x30x30 up to 10Kg.
