WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We might be a British brand, but we don’t let a little thing like living on an island stop us sharing the love with mums-to-be (and moms-to-be) across the globe. So we deliver to over 150 countries worldwide. Use the drop down list of continents/countries at the top right of your screen to make sure you’re on the relevant site.
Our website won’t allow you to order in the UK for delivery to another country. Eg. UK to France. However, our lovely Customer Services team can override this for you if place the order by phone.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M OUT WHEN MY PARCEL ARRIVES?
Don’t panic. If you ordered by Standard Delivery or Pre-9am Next Day Delivery, the friendly postie will leave you a card telling you where to find it.
We use DPD for the majority of our Express Delivery orders. Once we’ve dispatched your parcel, they’ll contact you with the estimated delivery time. If life gets in the way and you miss this slot, they’ll drop the parcel back at their depot and leave a card giving you the option to pick it up or arrange a re-delivery.
We’ll always do EVERYTHING at our end to meet your expectations (our delivery partners are usually fab too), but occasionally parcels are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
CAN I REQUEST A GIFT MESSAGE?
Yes. Just tell us you’d like this service when you get to the checkout. More good news? All our orders (excluding those placed during sale periods) are gift-wrapped in tissue paper regardless of whether they’re a gift (because you deserve special treatment too, no?).
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER COMES IN TWO DELIVERIES?
Sometimes we send out items in separate deliveries, but you’ll never pay more than one delivery charge.
