We might be a British brand, but we don’t let a little thing like island-living stop us sharing the love with mums-to-be (or moms-to-be!) across the globe. So we deliver to over 150 countries worldwide. WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M OUT WHEN MY PARCEL ARRIVES?
There’s nothing to worry about. If you’re not around, the lovely delivery folk will leave a note telling you where to find it.
We do EVERYTHING at our end to meet your expectations (our shipping partners are usually fab too), but occasionally parcels are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
CAN I REQUEST A GIFT MESSAGE?
Yes. Just tell us you’d like this service when you get to the checkout. More good news? All our orders (excluding those placed during sale periods) are gift-wrapped in tissue paper regardless of whether they’re a gift (because you deserve special treatment too, no?).
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER COMES IN TWO DELIVERIES?
Sometimes we’ll need to send out items in separate shipments, but you’ll never pay more than one shipping charge.
DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES & TAXES?
The short answer is ‘no’, unless you live outside the European Union. However, taxes or customs fees may be charged when our parcels enter a country outside the European Union. We’d love to have a work-around for this, but if we cover these custom costs we’d have to absorb it in the business elsewhere (possibly the price of our clothes). So we do our best to balance things out in your favour. That’s because your order will be placed and shipped on a DDU (delivery duties unpaid) basis. This means taxes and duties are not included in the purchase price.
