The turtleneck has become one of my winter staples this year. It makes a great alternative to a long-sleeved tee, fulfilling the same duties but adding a statement finish to whatever you pair it with– not to mention that the neckline also provides extra warmth!  Today I have paired our jersey turtleneck with a dark grey maxi skirt. People often see maxi skirts as a summer look but I just love wearing mine with opaques and ankle boots.
