Hi, Baukjen here.

It’s been a busy summer for us here at Isabella Oliver. While friends and family have headed off on holiday, we’ve been in London working on launching Autumn Winter, finalising the Spring Summer 2011 collections and starting the development of Autumn Winter 2012 and many things more. It’s been good to be able to get lots of things done but we’ve missed everyone while they were away on their holidays. Slowly everyone is coming back and it’s great to see them again.

A few nights ago a bunch of us had dinner at Sara and David’s. Sara cooked Sea Bass with roasted vegetables and a delicious salad. Sara is quite the cook as you can see below. We were all very impressed (and also loved David’s chilli olive oil dressing).

Sara had ordered a few Isabella Oliver 365 pieces which I brought along. Here she is wearing the Smoking Jacket.

She emailed today saying she was wearing the Ruched Jersey Dress with her own label’s (Sara Berman) Leather Jacket, leggings and Belstaff Biker boots. Very Sara.

It’s maybe a bit selfish but we’re quite happy that some of our friends are back and the rest are coming home next week.
