We are very excited about 2011 and we are particularly pleased that a lot of the work that we have been doing in the past 6-9 months will be launching soon. We really hope you will love the new collections, for us the ultimate compliment is making our customers very happy. We’ve been working hard on improving our collections, improving the fit and adding new colours for extra versatility. So perhaps you can imagine our impatience for Spring 2011 to launch (we’re working very hard on the final preparations right now). In the meantime, the Winter sale is taking place so there are plenty of must-have pieces just waiting to be snapped up. As you can probably imagine the sale means the Fulfilment and Customer Services teams are very busy, while you may experience a slight delay, the teams are doing their very best to get your order to you asap. We want to say a huge thank you to those teams for working so hard and doing their very best – a quiet start to the year is not applicable to them!

On the 1^st of January I sent an email to everyone who has subscribed to our emails to ask what they thought our New Year’s Resolutions should be. I was expecting many responses but was absolutely overwhelmed by how many of you took the time to email me with all your thoughts. Thank you so much for the suggestions, recommendations and compliments. I’ve read every single one and continue to do so as they come in. I’ve been blown away by how responsive everyone has been.
