Today a furious woman telephoned asking why we had said we wouldnt let her sell our collection in her chain of shops while we did let someone else sell them. We were baffled as our collection is exclusively available via our website and nowhere else. The woman gave us the website address and indeed there were photos of some of our pieces! We telephoned this company and asked them if they sold the Isabella Oliver collection. They hesitated and then said no. When we asked why they were using our photos they said they didnt know what we were talking about and hung up. We called back and to cut a long story short they hung up two more times on us and then didnt answer the phone. After threatening legal action we just received confirmation that they wont use our photos anymore. It really disgusts us that a business steals other peoples stuff.
