SUMMER SALE

For UK, Euro and ROW delivery addresses sale prices are valid until 11.59pm on 28th July 2008 BST (British Summer Time). For USA and Canada delivery addresses sale prices are valid until 11.59pm on 28th July 2008 EST. Returns can only be accepted within 7 days of receipt. Promotion codes are not valid with sale items. Discounts apply only to full price products. Gift vouchers and other items are excluded from this offer. Reductions are already reflected on prices listed on the website. Reduced prices cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made prior to the start of this sale or to purchases made after the end of this sale.

PROMOTIONS

Please note that promotions and sales are not valid together. Only one promotion can be used in a single order.

ORDERS

Please note that for inventory purposes each item requested constitutes an individual order. Wherever possible we will attempt to consolidate multiple orders in one shipment and on one invoice. Due to inventory and packaging requirements, however, orders may be shipped over several days in multiple packages.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability. The contract of the sale of the goods will not be formed until delivery of the goods to you at the address that you give us. We retain the right to treat items ordered as separate orders.

LEGAL STATEMENTS ON RETURNS

We accept returns if they are unused, in a resalable condition with all tags attached. Underwear cannot be exchanged or returned. Refunds will be made by the original payment method. Full details on how to do so are included with your order, or see our returns information. On returning goods on which you have received a discount /offer the discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. Goods are returned to Isabella Oliver at your own expense. We recommend recorded post and retaining Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Isabella Oliver will pay shipping on your first exchange. Subsequent exchanges are charged at the standard shipping rate.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

Every care has been taken to describe items accurately, however slight variations may occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions, to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the text descriptions, colours or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

Isabella Oliver shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty, breach of contract, negligence or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied.

Orders are for the personal, non- commercial use of our customer. Resale of any Isabella Oliver product without the express, written consent of Isabella Oliver is strictly prohibited. Multiple orders for Isabella Oliver deemed to be commercial quantities will not be accepted. Please note, local import duties maybe payable on receipt.

All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, in accordance with English law.

All of the above does not effect your statutory rights.
