We hope you love your new clothes but if for any reason we fail to meet your expectations, you may return or exchange clothes to our US returns center at any time within 30 days of receipt. We accept returns if they are unused, in a resalable condition, with all tags attached. Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

For returns or exchanges, the cost of postage to Isabella Oliver is your responsibility. On your first exchange, Isabella Oliver will cover the cost of standard postage to send your exchanged items to you. Subsequent exchanges are charged at the standard delivery rate. Refunds will be made by original payment method. Full details of how to do so are included with your order. Please retain Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount /offer threshold.
