How can I pay for my order?

All transactions are in US $. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We only charge your card when your items are ready to be dispatched, not when your order is placed.

How will my order be packaged?

All orders are gift wrapped and delivered to your chosen delivery address. If your order is a maternity gift, we can add a handwritten gift card with our compliments. Just add your gift message during check out. For gift suggestions please see maternity gift ideas.

Is your maternity wear machine washable?

Isabella Oliver maternity designs are made in stretchy, easy care fabrics for your comfort. Most are machine washable for ease. To get maximum, long-lasting wearability, just follow the detailed care instructions on the labels. These are also listed on the individual product pages. We recommend you dry trousers flat to retain their shape. For more details on pregnancy friendly fabrics click here.

What size should I order?

To ensure a great fit we've designed our maternity clothes in line with your pre-pregnancy/normal clothing size. All pieces are designed with ruching or wrapping to grow with your changing shape to fit all the way through. So, for example, if you were a US size 8 before you were pregnant simply order Isabella Oliver Size 3, or your relevant size in the easy size guide below.

We don't send out double sizes in the same garment i.e. a size 2 and 3, so please order your normal size with confidence or contact us for advice on what size will suit you. Throughout the season, we will be launching many of our maternity trousers in additional leg lengths. Please call us or check the relevant product page for further details.

How quickly are Isabella Oliver orders dispatched?

We always aim to send your order on receipt. Orders placed before 10am (EST) Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10am (EST) will be dispatched the next working day. Choose the delivery option that best suits how quickly you need your maternity clothes. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses and make one delivery charge per delivery address. A day phone number is required in case we need to contact you.

Delivery Options

We can dispatch to your preferred delivery address with a signature required on delivery to ensure safe arrival. Please note local import duties may be payable on receipt.

Express Delivery $15
Overnight FedEx aims to arrive next working day by 10am local time.
Please allow 1 to 2 working days due to time zone differences as orders might be dispatched one working day after being placed. Please note FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Standard Delivery $10
Aims to arrive within 5 working days but please allow up to 2 weeks.

International Delivery Options

We are also delighted to fulfil orders outside of the US, where local import duties may be payable on receipt. Please select the appropriate flag in the top right corner of your screen.

What guarantee do you offer?

We offer a 100% no quibble guarantee, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your order, you may return your clothes to us for a refund or exchange free of charge within 30 days of receipt. Internationally, you pay for the return to us. On your first exchange, Isabella Oliver will cover the cost of standard postage to send your exchanged items to you.

What should I do if I need to return an item?

We hope you love your new clothes but if for any reason we fail to meet your expectations, you may return or exchange your clothes free within the UK at any time within 30 days of receipt. For full returns information and to download a returns form please click here.

Why doesn't my promotion code work?

Please check your shopping bag and re-enter the code. Re-enter it carefully, checking the expiry date and ensure the value/number of items in your bag match the conditions of the offer excluding sale products.

Please note that promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with sale prices.

Widget Trouble Shooting Tips

Downloading the Widget
The Isabella Oliver maternity hints and tips widget is compatible with Windows 2000, XP and Vista, as well as Mac OS X. Follow the simple instructions on our widget page. First install a Yahoo! Widgets starter pack, then download the Isabella Oliver widget by selecting 'Run'.

Main widget functionality
Your widget can be positioned in or out of your widget dock, which will be positioned on your desktop. To open the widget from the dock, click on the Isabella Oliver logo. To minimise the widget, right-click on the widget and select 'hide widget'. The widget will show you a tip for the appropriate week according to the due date entered. You may click back to view previous hints and tips. You can click on the 'Refer a friend' link to tell someone about the widget.

Common Questions
I've entered the wrong due date, how can I change it?
Right-click on your widget and from the list select 'Widget Preferences'. Select 'Ask for due date again' and save. Right-click on your widget again and from the list select 'Close widget'. The widget will disappear from your widget dock. Right-click on the Yahoo! Widgets icon on the taskbar (it looks like grey cogs) and select Isabella Oliver from the 'Recent Widgets' list. The widget will ask you for your due date.

I have more than one Isabella Oliver widget appearing in my widget dock
Right-click on one of the widget icons in the widget dock and select 'delete widget'.

I no longer want Yahoo! Widgets
To remove your Isabella Oliver widget, simply delete the widget (see instructions above), then uninstall the Yahoo! Widgets application.
