How and when can I place an order?

You can order online here at IsabellaOliver.com or phone us toll free on 1.800.662.0594 any time, day or night.

Who can I speak to for advice?

To talk to our friendly customer service team, just call us between 6am and 15.30pm EST Monday to Friday and we'll try our best to help. Outside of these hours, we'll gladly place your order over the telephone; however customer service queries can only be dealt with during office hours. Feel free to leave us a message, and we can call you back at a convenient time.

How can I pay for my order?

All transactions are in C $. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We only charge your card when your items are ready to be dispatched, not when your order is placed.

How will my order be packaged?

We gift wrap every order and deliver wherever you wish. If your order is a gift, just add a personal message at our checkout and we'll happily include a handwritten gift card.

Is your maternity wear machine washable?

Our designs are made in wearable fabrics for maximum comfort and a flawless silhouette throughout pregnancy. We believe in stress-free style, so most are machine washable for added ease. What size should I order?

Our Isabella Oliver Maternity pieces are available in sizes 0 to 6 (US sizes 0 to 16), and are designed in line with your pre-pregnancy clothing size, allowing for the normal weight gain associated with pregnancy. The fit measurements of each piece can be found in the 'Details' tab of our product pages. How quickly are Isabella Oliver orders dispatched?

We want you to receive your clothes as soon as possible, so place your order before 10am (EST) Monday to Friday and it will leave Isabella Oliver the same day, if all items are in stock. Place your order after 10am (EST) and it will be sent the next working day. To ensure you order is delivered to you safe and sound, we need a complete address and a daytime phone number in case we need to contact you.

Can I have my order delivered to an U.S. address if I am a Canadian Customer?

If you are placing an order on the Canadian website using a payment method that has a Canadian billing address, delivery cannot be made to the US. Orders can only be sent to Canada and the rest of the world.

Delivery options are available from Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Don't forget...

All deliveries require a signature on receipt. If you are not present, your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office and a card will be left informing you of where to go to obtain it. Please note some couriers will not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses.

International Delivery

We are also delighted to fulfil orders overseas, where local import duties and taxes may be payable on receipt. Please select the appropriate country site in the bottom left corner of your screen. Please note: On international deliveries, some couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Do you offer a guarantee?

There's no need to worry if you're unsure about your new clothes. You can return your clothing within 30 days of receipt (7 days for sale items) for a refund or exchange. On your first exchange, we'll gladly cover the cost of standard postage to send your exchanges to you.

What should I do if I need to return an item?

You may return your clothes for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. To do so please complete the returns form enclosed with your order and send the parcel back to us using the returns label. Please take your package to your local Post Office to process the parcel. How quickly can I expect my return to be processed?

Returns are processed within 7-10 working days from when they arrive back to the warehouse. Once the refund has been processed any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days (Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside our control).

How do I redeem my gift certificate?

To redeem a gift certificate please add your goods to the basket as normal and proceed to the checkout. At the checkout please continue to the payment page (stage 4), at the bottom of the page you will find a box provided to enter your gift certificate number. Please enter the code in the box provided and press the ‘add’ button, this will deduct the value of the voucher from your order total.

To redeem your gift certificate your order value needs to be equal to or greater than the value of the certificate.

Why doesn't my promotion code work?

Remember, our promotional codes are only valid on Isabella Oliver products and cannot be used with sale items, so double check to see if there are any discounted items in your shopping bag. Re-enter your code carefully, noting the expiry date.
