If you are placing an order on the Canadian website using a payment method that has a Canadian billing address, delivery cannot be made to the US. Orders can only be sent to Canada.
Shipping options exclude weekends and UK Public Holidays.
All orders are gift wrapped whether it's a gift for someone else or yourself. If you'd like to send to someone else, do tell us at checkout and we will add a handwritten gift card, with our compliments.
Express Shipping requires a signature on receipt. If you are not present, your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office and a card will be left informing you of where to go to obtain it. Once dispatched, we cannot change your shipping address. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
Deliveries from outside of the UK are subject to customs duties. The cost of your delivery includes all customs duties payable on your order.
