We will not charge you until the goods leave our warehouse and we will only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send you. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Isabella Oliver Ltd trading as Baukjen, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We accept returns if they are unused, in a resalable condition with all tags attached, including security tag. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
Please return any unwanted item(s) within 30 days of receipt. We recommend recorded post and retaining Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Baukjen will pay delivery on your first exchange (sent via Standard Delivery). Subsequent exchanges are charged at the standard delivery rate.
