Last night Geoff and I headed off to The Loft Project. It’s the supper club/personal test kitchen for chef Nuno Mendes (who trained at the famous El Bulli) and it takes place at his home (below are pictures from his website). There are a maximum of 16 guests and you sit at a long table with people you don’t know which was fun. The food was superb and we were all guessing what the components of each course were. I lost count of how many courses there were, there were lots. I took some pictures but unfortunately you can’t see very much as it was quite dark. It was a fun and delicious experience.
