Hi, Baukjen here. Yesterday Vanessa, Geoff and myself had an off site meeting at Soho House. We put our mobile phones on silent so there were no distractions. We wanted to take a step back and look at the way we work together as its now close to three years and we felt it was time to make some changes. Small things like stopping with cc-ing each other in on emails (the amount of emails we were getting each was becoming unmanageable) to re-allocating the main projects amongst ourselves. It was a good day and we were tired at the end of it but we all felt it had been worth the effort. Now we all have to do is implement the changes!
