HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

The eStylist will contact you

The eStylist will contact you to ask some key questions to prepare for your session. She will also confirm the date and time of your appointment
The online appointment

When it's time, just settle down in front of your computer and we will send you an invitation to start the appointment. You will be virtually transported to the eStylist studio where the eStylist will be waiting for you. Your session will last up to 20 minutes

*Appointments take place Mon-Sat 12-7.30pm.You will need a laptop or pc with camera and sound. For more details on the technical requirements please click here

AND HERE’S THE TECHNICAL STUFF

For your eStylist appointment you will need the following:

A LAPTOP OR PC WITH SOUND. For the fully interactive video experience your machine requires built in speakers and microphone. The eStylist service will be compatible with iPads from May 2013.
INTERNET CONNECTION OF 2mbps OR ABOVE. If you are concerned that you may not have a good enough internet connection to stream live video the eStylist can test this with you before your appointment. If your bandwidth is not sufficient our eStylist can answer all your styling queries over eStylist@Baukjen.com.
ADOBE FLASH PLAYER. If you don’t have Adobe flash player it can be downloaded by visiting the following link: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
SAFARI USERS WILL NEED TO ENABLE THIRD PARTY COOKIES. The eStylist appointment needs the use of cookies, before your appointment please follow the instructions below which will enable cookies:
- Select Preferences
- Click the Privacy tab
- Select the ‘Accept Third Party Cookies’ checkbox is selected
- Click the OK button
- Reload the page (you can press the F5 key)

During your appointment you may experience a small (1-3) second delay in the sound. To get the best out of your appointment we recommend you use Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer internet browsers.
